All homebuyers have questions and we are happy to answer them all. These are some of the most commonly asked questions. If you have additional questions, just let us know.

What type of internet service is available at your build sites?

Internet is available through Next Link at our current home sites. Reach out to them to get specific questions answered.

Can I make changes to floor plans?

In our custom builds, you can make changes to the plan before construction begins.  Once plans have gone to the construction team, engineering has been completed, plans have been distributed to our vendors, and materials have been ordered so changes can be challenging.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request if possible.  Depending upon the stage of construction, interior changes can be made after construction has begun.

In our community builds, no foundation, exterior elevation or plumbing changes can be made because those plans have already been engineered and distributed to vendors.  Interior changes are possible prior to the start of construction.

What is a Flex Room / Bonus Room?

In our designs, we like to include spaces that homeowners can use for multiple functions depending on their lifestyle needs and can be repurposed as those things change.  Most times these spaces are perfect for a study, den, playroom, media room, craft room, or many other personal needs.

Are garages included in the square footage?

No, garages, patios, and porches are not included in the square footage.  We only include heated and air-conditioned space.

Why do you use fiber-cement siding?

The benefits of these products include resistance to damage from humidity, rain, and termites.  There is no potential for rot and maintenance is much less than wood but still offers the warmth and beauty of natural wood.

Do you give out or sell your floor plans?

We do not sell our floor plans or distribute construction sets.  Our plans are designed by Crimmins Construction with many years of knowledge of how people live in and use their homes.

Will you build on our lot?

We will build on your lot if it is in an area that we can properly serve the customer.  We are focused on an exceptional customer experience and, if we cannot provide the level of service that we demand of ourselves, we will not accept a build. 

If you own a lot that is in an area that we can provide you an excellent experience, we will meet and discuss what your dreams are for your new home. We will go through the unique process of custom designing a home for you and analyzing your site. We do require that our banker is used for the construction loan to ensure a smooth process.
